At Chain2Grain Tree Services, we strive to provide high-quality, professional tree surgery services across Huddersfield and surrounding areas. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Deposits & Booking

A deposit may be required to secure your booking for tree surgery, pruning, or stump removal services.
The deposit amount will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
Deposits are generally non-refundable if the client cancels within [X] days of the scheduled service.

2. Service Cancellations by Clients

Cancellations made more than [X] days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the appointment may incur a partial or full charge, depending on preparation and resources already allocated.

3. Service Changes or Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise.
Requests to reschedule will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
Rescheduled appointments may require adjusted pricing if additional work or costs are incurred.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days.
In cases where services have already been partially or fully delivered, refunds will be adjusted fairly based on work completed.

5. Service Cancellations by Chain2Grain Tree Services

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, deposits or payments will be fully refunded or rescheduled at your convenience.
